Anti-oxidant, superfood-packed smoothie bowl!
Inspired by our friends at 180 Nutrition and their blueberry & coconut meal replacement smoothie.
Here’s our version:
ANTI-OXIDANT SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 10 almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husks
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 scoops @180nutrition chocolate natural protein superfood (we used the pea protein, vegan version)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- Toppings: cacao nibs, desiccated coconut, hemp seeds
Blitz all ingredients in high speed blender then allow to sit for a minute while the chia seeds and psyllium husks do their thing.
Blitz again until smooth.
Sprinkle with toppings.
