Anti-Oxidant Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Inspired by our friends at 180 Nutrition and their blueberry & coconut meal replacement smoothie.

Here’s our version:


Servings:  2
Preparation time:  10 minutes


  • 10 almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husks
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 scoops @180nutrition chocolate natural protein superfood (we used the pea protein, vegan version)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • Toppings: cacao nibs, desiccated coconut, hemp seeds


Blitz all ingredients in high speed blender then allow to sit for a minute while the chia seeds and psyllium husks do their thing.

Blitz again until smooth.

Sprinkle with toppings.
